This kit comes complete with :-1x Silicone reducer elbow1x Alloy 90 degreee elbow1x Performance air filter cone elementDirect fit for all models still running the CT9 turbo or hybrid CT9 with the normal sized turbo inlet. These kits are power tested to over 250bhp and are the ideal solution to do away with the restrictive standard inlet piping by providing a smoother, more direct, cooler and far less restricted route for air to enter the turbo. Instant power gains are provided when fitting this kit. The ultra high quality filter itself has been specially selected for this application. Small enough to fit in the space left between the bumper brace and radiator yet large and free flowing enough to support over 250bhp with ease! It is this concept that gave birth to the Dual Funnel design. A primary funnel on the top portion of the air cleaner was inserted to channel the air flow directly into the lower funnels at the base of the cleaner. This is the best selling Blitz filter and is easily recognisable by it’s striking stainless steel mesh design. Often copied but never bettered, the original stainless mesh filter from Blitz years after it’s initial conception on the racetracks of Japan for the Blitz touring car team. Made from a very fine mesh of SUS304 grade stainless steel it straightens the airflow into the engine reducing aerodynamic tumble, resulting in great power gains and a unique induction sound which identifies it as a Blitz SUS filter. The SUS power is also a dry filter and can be cleaned at normal service intervals. This is the latest design of filter to hit the market and is another ground breaker in terms of concept and stunning design. The filtration element is fixed inside a polished stainless steel heat shield which prevents hot air from the engine bay entering the intake and thus reducing inlet air temperature. Inside the shield sits the cone filter which has a very large base and narrow top giving in an ‘umbrella’ appearance, this clever design allows the maximum possible surface area of the filter element to be exposed to air being sucked into the intake. The height of the heat shield can also be adjusted up to allow more air to the filter element, and down to reduce air flow. Power gains are very good thanks to the ‘umbrella’ design of the filter element and filtration levels are amongst the best in it’s class. Sonic power makes a very distinctive high pitch whistling noise when the engine is revving hard, this sound can be varied slightly by adjusting the height of the heat... more

This is the lowest priced of the three types of Blitz Induction kit available but don’t be put off by the cheap price, the filter element is made from a durable, light weight cotton gauze. Filtration is very good and with it being a dry filter there is no need to re-oil the element when you reach a service interval, you simply through it away and replace it with another (oil from oiled filters can gradually disperse into the air inlet and coat the air flow meter reducing the performance of the vehicle and damaging the air flow meter). The replacement elements are available in three different colours, blue (which is supplied with all new kits), Yellow, and Black. HKS’ high-performance Super Filters are a direct replacement for OE panel filters when a factory airbox is required or preferred. Super Filters feature the same 2-layer wet-type, polyurethane material as in the Super Mega Flow. The filter element is bonded to a flexible nylon frame and offers a price-friendly performance alternative to a full intake system.
